Shipping and Return Policy

Our customer service is available to answer any questions you may have regarding our services. You can reach us via Contact Form.

 

Shipment

Delivery is usually free of charge. Below a minimum order value or depending on the country, flat-rate shipping costs for postage and packaging may be charged. These will be displayed at checkout.

The delivery time (not including postal delivery) for items in stock is usually 2-3 working days. Goods that are not in stock take approx. 2-3 weeks. In exceptional cases, such as warehouse organization, inventory, etc., delivery times may be extended.

 

Returns

We can only accept returns due to dissatisfaction or incorrect orders under certain conditions (see GTC). In any case, prior notification of the return to our customer service department is required. In such cases, returns are at the expense and risk of the customer.
Incorrect deliveries on our part can be returned in their original packaging, unopened if possible. However, we ask that you notify customer service in advance so that we can refund the purchase price and return shipping costs. Instead of refunding the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a postage-free return label if possible.

 

Repairs or Replacements During Warranty

As a trading partner, we supply you with goods from the relevant manufacturers. The warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer therefore apply to warranty services. If a repair is possible after consultation with the manufacturer, we will be happy to assist you with the case.
If repair is not possible, we will exchange the item, provided that we still have the same goods in stock. Otherwise, we will refund the purchase price.
Please do not send us any items for repair or exchange without first contacting customer service. Returns are always at the expense and risk of the customer.
