1. General
The wording of these GTC includes all genders. This is a translation of the original German document, which prevails the translation.
The General Terms and Conditions comprehensively regulate the business relationship and services between camrigs.com and its customers. The General Terms and Conditions can be adapted to requirements at any time. Only the version published at the time of the order is binding.
If parts of these GTC become void, unenforceable, or legally ineffective, the rest of the GTC shall continue to apply. The affected parts shall be interpreted in such a way that the overall meaning of the GTC is retained. Legal loopholes shall be closed by new articles that correspond to the original intention. If no agreement can be reached, the relevant provisions of Swiss law shall apply.

2. Obligations and liability
camrigs.com is concerned with the protection of customer data; the privacy policy applies. All claims for damages arising from contract performance, impossibility, tort, etc. are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability for consequential damages is excluded. camrigs.com is not liable for lost data or programs.
All product information and data are provided without guarantee and are based exclusively on information provided to us by third parties. We endeavor to keep the information up to date, but cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of this information. All performance and product specifications are approximate and may differ from the published values. Some product images contain components that are only used to explain the application and are not included in the scope of delivery.

3. Obligations and liability of the customer
All data and information that the customer learns during the business relationship must be treated as confidential. This does not apply to information from third parties, information that has already been published, or information that neither party has any interest in keeping confidential.
The customer undertakes to pay for the delivered goods unconditionally in accordance with the terms of payment. The customer is not entitled to act on behalf of or as a representative of camrigs.com.

4. Prices and conditions
The prices and conditions at the time of ordering apply. Prices are subject to change at any time. Obviously incorrect price information is invalid and does not oblige us to sell at the erroneously published price.
The prices quoted are net prices. Additional costs, such as shipping and packaging costs, surcharges per payment method, minimum order surcharges, etc., are possible.

5. Orders
Our offer is subject to change. camrigs.com may set and publish a minimum order value (pure goods value). In such cases, a surcharge may be charged for orders below this minimum order value.
The customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order, which is non-binding. A purchase is only concluded when we send a shipping confirmation. camrigs.com reserves the right to reject orders for reasons such as error, unavailability, lack of creditworthiness, payment arrears, etc.
Orders can be placed as a guest or registered customer. In either case, relevant personal and payment information must be provided. In the case of registration, a username and password must also be provided, which are subject solely to the customer's duty of care; no liability is accepted for misuse.

6. Deliveries
Specified delivery times are approximate and not binding. If the ordered goods have not been delivered 30 days after the specified delivery date, the customer has the right to cancel the order in writing.
Partial deliveries are permitted; shipping costs are only incurred once. Deliveries are made at the expense and risk of the customer.
The customer undertakes to check the delivered goods immediately for completeness and damage. Damage must be reported to the carrier and camrigs.com in writing no later than 5 working days after receipt.

7. Cancellation and returns
The customer has no general right of cancellation, return, or exchange in the event of incorrect orders or dissatisfaction. Returns may be accepted under certain circumstances, subject to prior written notification and compliance with the return conditions. Returns can generally only be requested up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.​
Returns will only be accepted if the goods, including the intact original packaging, original accessories, and all inserts, are securely packaged and delivered to our address with the correct postage. Transport, as well as any customs duties and processing fees, are at the expense and risk of the customer.

8. Payment terms
Only the payment methods listed in the web shop are accepted. Certain payment methods may be subject to surcharges.
The invoice amount is payable without deductions. In the event of late payment by the customer, camrigs.com is entitled to issue reminders subject to a charge with 5% interest on arrears from the due date.
When purchasing with cards or electronic platforms, such as PayPal, the charge is made at the time of ordering.
When purchasing with prepayment, the order will only be executed upon confirmation of receipt of payment. The ordered goods will not be reserved. Availability may change in the meantime.
Delivered goods remain the property of camrigs.com until the invoice has been paid in full.

9. Warranty and guarantee
The warranty period and warranty conditions are based on the respective manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer decides on the type of warranty service. Claims for damages or compensation for loss and expenses are explicitly excluded.
The warranty cannot be claimed if the defect is due to improper installation, use, or maintenance, damage caused by natural forces, wilful damage, falls, moisture, wear and tear, software problems, or unauthorized tampering with the goods.
Consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, wear parts, etc. are excluded from the warranty.

10. Repairs
The return of defective goods must be notified in advance. Returns without our consent will be rejected. camrigs.com will decide in consultation with the manufacturer whether to replace or repair the defective goods. During the processing of the claim, the customer is not entitled to a replacement.
In the event of a replacement, camrigs.com may insist on the return of the defective goods at its expense; these goods become the property of camrigs.com. Repairs do not extend the warranty period.

11. Written form
Special agreements outside these GTC and complaints must be made in writing.
Communications by letter, fax, and email satisfy the requirements of written form.

12. Law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of camrigs.com.​
